We just love it here. The neighbors are so friendly and the neighborhood is wonderful. The staff, especially Kelly and Sarah, are great and so helpful. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they sent someone who fixed them right away. Couldn't recommend it more highly. Oh, and Oliver our dog loves it here too.

This is an incredibly prime location. I love that the community is walkable and that there are stores and restaurants close by. The neighbors are friendly, the admin is extremely helpful (shout out to Sarah!) and the apartment is neat and has all the required amenities (great views outside the windows too!)

I moved in the middle of March and everyone I've come across has been very friendly. I'm really enjoying the community! I appreciate the "dog-friendly" atmosphere and was thankful to find dog walkers available through the concierge service.

Leawood Park Place is the most beautiful apartment I have ever seen so far in the United States. I just love my stay here. It's a delight to walk around watching the various shopping options and the best is to see small children and cute pets play in the park. Being a resident, I am so privileged to be a part of this Community, and Moving in here is one of the best decision I have ever made so far !! Right from the private theatre room, gym, swimming pool, weekend events, the entertainment is unlimited !! Though I stay alone, they never kept me lonely :)
