Feb of 2020 when I first Moved in, everything was perfect!! I mean Everything they stay on top of Everything Ms. Kaye Oliver made sure That I had everything I needed and wanting! Later on Down the road New Management, Leasing Consultant/Agent Came in not knowing Anything they was suppose to know! The New Manager Bryittani is TERRIBLE! Shes very rude, Mean & disrespectful!!!! Maintenance is Terrible now! They do what they want when they want! Bryittani Doesn't have good Communication Skills, just a Background of being a Property Manager!! She have Recorded my entire place, And other residence place as well “To get ideas”!! Im Under The Kera Program that helps With Rent & She Filed for me to go to Court when I have already signed An Declaration, that it will prevent me From any kinds Of eviction! Shes teaching all the New staff To not Care for the residents, And To be mean, her Attitude is Stanky! For any future Residents just giving a Heads Up, I will NOT REFER ANYONE MOVING HERE !!!!!

Completely unresponsive. We have 50+photos of problems with the apartment if I could upload them here I would. We paid our rent for 3 weeks prior to moving in and they did the minimal cleaning and repairs. I email the management and NEVER get a response except to tell me they’ve fixed something they really haven’t.

My family and I have lived here for just about a year now. While the apartments are nice, they are old and are starting to show their years. Management is starting to update the apartments which is nice. Centrally located in a very good area. Very pet friendly. And they up keep their grounds very well. The maintenance guys are honestly hit or miss. If there are simple things that need fixing, they can get that done with in a day or so. But if it’s anything complicated or would require a lot of work/time/money, they are very reluctant. Example, the furnace in our apartment was dying and they took about 4 weeks to try and diagnose/bandage it up. After 4 weeks of being in a very warm apartment, they finally relented and said that they would be replacing the whole unit but that the parts would take another two to get in. Sigh. Well it got done though. We also have a very cold room in our apartment where we can literally feel cold air coming into the apartment through the floorboards. That room can be about 15-25 degrees colder than the rest of the apartment. When asked what they could do they said they could adjust the vents. After not accepting that answer, they suggested a couple of other things but were very resistant to doing anything major to fix the problem. They also don’t have recycling center which is sad. Overall, nice apartments but there are some downsides.

We have lived here 9 months and haven't had any problems. The office staff & maintenance guys are awesome, helpful & friendly. They are constantly doing updates to the buildings and grounds. Our apartment is very nice, updated & spacious. The only complaint I have is that the landscaping needs to be maintained a little better---lots of areas need to be re-mulched.
