Bending Bodhi yoga studio has comfortable natural light. There are many different instructors who teach with varied styles (direct instruction with a teacher/student feel, casual/chatty with an interactive feel, and my preference - focused flow that lets me be in my zone). Yoga has helped me improve my physical and mental health.

Fantastic studio! This was the most comfortable and inviting venue I have been to for Yoga. The room has an amazing ambiance, the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, and the people who attend are exceptionally friendly. I wish I could bring this studio everywhere I go. Prices are very reasonable and the studio has lots of room to spread out and follow social distancing recommendations. 100% recommend and will return!

It’s not often that one can find such a welcoming and professional yoga class where joyful progress can unfold. Since having begun yoga my joint pain as well as muscle tone have improved immensely but more importantly, my busy mind has quietly calmed down inside as well as outside the yoga class. I highly recommend it for all ages and abilities. If you think that you’re too busy to do it then all the more you could benefit!
