The restaurant was clean and very nice. The food was fantastic. We tried the pork dumplings which were very good and the steak with green peppercorn sauce which I would highly recommend. While all of this was top notch is was our waiter who made the experience. Charlie was always near by for a quick refill. Highly recommended.

The best food in Dover. Hands down. Reasonable prices for the quality of food. Super fresh ingredients, unique salads (the spring salad is awesome), professional/ courteous/friendly / on the ball! staff. And wood fired pizzas that cannot be beat.

We sat out on the patio tonight, nice night for it. Had a great drink, Black Manhattan. Then we shared a starter of Brisket Tostada. She has the Shrimp and Risotto and I had the Polenta and Meatballs. Wow! Just the right amount of spice and heat. Topped it off with an Espresso Creme Brulee!

I'm a bit late on this review but better late than never! I dined at Ember for my anniversary on January 10th and it was a night to remember. Our bartender was so nice and diligent to give us a great experience. His drinks were amazing and the food was phenomenal. The mushroom toast was soooo delicious. We even has the cheesecake that night and it was scrum-dili-umptious. No complaints at all. Will definitely be returning and telling friends and family about Ember

We require guests to wear masks upon arrival and when not seated at a table or the bar area. Our tables are well spaced out and in seating areas where tables could not be spaced out, we opt to seat every other table as to not crown the area. We have also stepped up our sanitation routines by doing some of the following: wiping all menus downs in between each use, frequently sanitizing door handles, thoroughly wiping downs tables & chairs in-between each use, disinfecting all pens and shared items. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the restaurant for guest use, and will provide sanitizer at your table upon request. All of our staff members are required to wear a mask at all times and wash and sanitize their hands regularly throughout their shift.
