Let me first say that this particular location has issues. For one security cameras are all old 720p cameras that are blury and will not protect anything here. I know since my storage unit and About 30 others where broken into and robbed and police can't do anything. All the money this company makes and they can't afford new 4k cameras is a joke. Then to make it even worst I noticed my bill for $385 increased to $470. I never recieved and email or alert from their app. I just called and spoke to someone in support and told me that the rate is dynamic and changes. Really? This is a good example of big corporate lining their pockets with millions of dollars and not even investing back into the business like security equipment. Be warned this is a legal scam. And your bill will go up. I find most of these Google reviews suspicious since you can pay to have people leave positive reviews. I'll be filling a complaint with BBB next.

What an amazing place!!!! The staff, the location, the facility, everything about this place is perfect. Blanca was extremely helpful in helping me find a unit, answered all my questions with patience, not to mention she was extremely friendly and sweet. From the moment you walk in everyone is extremely friendly. The facility itself is very well kept, very safe, everything is clean and brand new. The new lock system is amazing!!!! I love how I can lock/unlock everything from just my phone! That’s one less key I have to worry about. It was my first time here and I would definitely recommend this location to everyone I know! Thank you Extra Space Storage!!! 😃
