Gerardo was a God send figuring out storage logistics! Rented a 5x8 and on moving day realized I needed more space - took an empty 10x10 past office hours and he was gracious enough to accommodate the unauthorized change of plans kindly the next day. (I wouldn't have, ha!) All in all great facility, wonderful helpful staff - and made the hiccups work for all involved! 10/10 recommend

Increased my monthly rate by 55% after 3 months. They claimed they gave me a "promotional rate", but that was never stated when I signed up. A stand up business would mention up front, we are giving you this special rate for 3 months and then it will increase by 55%. Of course, they did not do that. Sad!
