I went looking for storage and I found this place and thank God I did the young lady at the front desk was really nice Great customer service and very knowledgeable about the place . There was a gentleman in the office as well he help me tremendously with putting my things in storage . Thanks for being Great 🙏🏽

The reviews on here must be paid for, because they are not consistent with reality. The manager is rude, the carts are busted, and there are houseless people living in units here. I made my reservation online. When I arrived to check in, the manager was very rude and said the reservation was canceled because I did not confirm over the phone. I never received a phone call, or any other communication other than my original confirmation email. The new price (of course) was higher than what I booked online. After I argued, the manager honored the original price that I booked. The units here are spacious - big enough to live in. There are at least three people living here full time, they arrive between five and ten minutes before the facility closes. It’s very sad that they have to resort to living in a storage facility, but the manager doesn’t seem to care to find an alternative living situation for them.

I prefer to have 24 hour access to any location where I have my belongings and pay good money for. Whether it's indoor or outdoor. That's like asking me if I prefer an indoor pool or and outdoor pool. I paid for a pool and if I wanna go for a dip for however long or short of a time, whether it's in or out I should always have access. But that's just me. I'm on some other ish right lol
Nearly all Extra Space Storage facilities that offer indoor storage units with access through a hallway have push carts. If you need a push cart to transport your belongings, please let the facility manager know, and they will be happy to assist you.
