Trish and Elizabeth have gone out of their way to make this move for my mom possible. It’s taken 4 months of hoops and hurdles and they were with me all the way. Thank you both so much! Kimberly Rose and Lillian Newnam ❤️

To start off I worked here for more than half a year; started last year as a receptionist and worked my way up to marketing assistant. I’ve put my hours in and helped in ALL departments, never asking for anything extra because obviously that’s how you prove yourself to grow in any company. With that being said I’ve worked a lot with the administration there and realized how toxic the environment is, and how disorganized EVERYTHING is (still an issue). Again never said anything but worked over and beyond to prove to those same people that don't care about anything but themselves. Which is sad to say cause I’ve realized getting close to the care staff that they felt it too and found out that it was the reason why we kept losing AMAZING care staff and kitchen staff. What is worse is that while working in the administration positions there, I’ve realized that NO ONE that had the ability to fix it or TRULY listen to the staffs concerns or well being, actually cared to do anything to resolve the issues. Which I felt whenever I had a concern. The only time I felt my concerns were taken seriously is if it benefited the administration staff, I felt very used working for them. I will not use names because I believe that they know themselves, that in the end everything comes to light. Sadly I couldn’t take anymore of the immature gossip and toxic environment there and I put my resignation in. Since then I’ve felt horrible to have been part of a environment that made staff feel that way and later on to have experienced it myself too. Never feeling good enough or having the support to do my job well. Then when I left after all the work I put in, they made it seem like it was all my fault cause I left, as they did and do to whomever decides to speak up and leave. This place might look perfect from the outside but don’t let them fool you. DO YOUR RESEARCH before working here. Not worth it, mentally or physically. All in love and awareness, Andii

When I went to The Springs for the first time I liked how it was light and bright. I also liked the apartment style rooms they are very spacious and well laid out. My in-laws were supposed to move in on Nov 1st but due to unforseen circumstances needed to move in on an earlier date. With a team effort and the help of Tricia and Lori it was made possible. Thanks to them
