Came into this store on a Friday and bought 4 rotors for my truck. Spent over $375.00 up front. The front rotors were in stock. I was told that the rear rotors would be there the next day. I called the store 2 times that day and the rotors were not delivered. Got the runaround for 3 more days. Was told they would be delivered on Tuesday at 1:30. Went after work on Tuesday. No one could find the rotors, the sales person called Platte City where they were supposed to be coming from. They wouldn't even answer the phone. When they finally answered the phone, they said they didn't have the rotors. After 5 days of being jacked around I finally got my money back. I wouldn't buy anything in this store again. Very poor service.

Battery died on Thanksgiving. Was so excited this place was open. Life savers, but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Employees were annoyed every time they got a phone call. Saying things like, “do people have anything better to do than call us and ask how late we are open?” Then when I was checking out the employee was super rude with his greasy Hardee’s bag next to him. He was also talking on his personal phone. He ignored us the whole time even when entering the building. When asked if I could have a warranty for my car part he acted extremely annoyed. He also acted annoyed when I asked him to enter my name and number into the system. Like I’ve had to work on Thanksgiving before too. Make the best of it. I’m not happy I have to be here either and you made my experience 100% worse.
