Good luck with getting your parts here. The place is disorganized. Went to get brake line parts and the parts were scattered all over the shelf. I asked one of the employees if they had a flare nut and she told if its not over there we don't have it. Didn't look it up on there computer, didn't look in the back. Just told me go through there mess. Skip this place and go one block down to Advanced Auto. Everything is organized and the staff ACTUALLY TRIES TO HELP YOU.

I am a regular customer of this particular shop when I am southbound of Kansas City, when I went there the last time with a battery issue that I thought I bought at O’Reilly, the manager of this shop treated me poorly, talk to me with curses and was asking me to leave the shop while I was in communication with another O’Reilly manager at a shop in Liberty where I go with my mechanic. I am definitely not returning to this shop and if I cannot report this incident to O’Reilly, which I am trying for 2 days now, I am done with the company.

Hit or miss with parts being in stock. Several times they tried to charge more for items than the price listed on the shelf.

Ronald went above and beyond in installing my new battery on a Sunday afternoon when I was in need. Several calls were placed before he could find the appropriate battery but he found what I needed and then completed the difficult installation. I appreciate the excellent customer service!
