foods ok. not as hot and fresh as they claim. customer service was kind of a joke. like kept having to repeat my order in person at that. then cashier went and did something completely unrelated to taking my order and made me and my 3 year old wait even longer to get our order taken. like 5 mins.

Worst Wendy's ever. Had to explain my number 6 order (Spicy Chicken Sandwich meal biggie size) three times to the drive through attendant. Then I reverified she understood me and place my order correctly at pay window. Get to pick up window and they hand me my meal and the coke was not biggie size that I ordered which should have prompted me to check my food. I got home opened my food and found I received a cheeseburger. Highly do not recommend.

This wendys is the worst in kansas city. Though conveniently close. They have the slowest drive through. Even thought there will be 3 people in line it takes over 30 minutes to get through. On top of wait the food will be cold and bread stale. Customer service is lacking. Rude staff and always getting the sauces wrong or missing items.

First visit: Super slow drive thru service Second visit: I made order through the app for drive thru and was made to go inside because the person at drive thru didn't know the difference between mobile order and delivery pickup. Inside the worker just handed me my sandwich without a bag or napkins. Burger was a sloppy mess of mayo and ketchup. Was not given a receipt!

Not sure how the inside is but pretty sure it's like every fast food place. Marked off distance, have to wear a mask
