I ordered 2 soft taco Supreme meals (8.69 each before tax) and my total came to almost $20 after tax, total rip-off. Make sure that your food isn't "tampered with" as well.

First, the young kid that walked in from the trash bin outside, didn't wash his hands, took my order by saying "what do you want? ". I ordered, and watched the circus. Place was absolutely filthy. Counters, floors, work stations, seats, sides of cabinets, tables, windows. And for the love of God, don't go into the restrooms. Four people standing in kitchen area, two in office. When my food was ready, the young girl dropped my bag on the counter from high and my taco shells were broken. The language the young employees was foul, I'm glad my kids weren't with me. No greetings, noone cleaning, everything was filthy, I would pass on the drink fountains if I were you. Won't be back there, ever. To bad, it's in a prime location.

The picture says it all. I cannot believe this at all. I was told to bring it in with the receipt but I'm going to go another route. I would hope the manager would respond to resolve immediately

Good quick Taco Bell. Hardly ever mistakes. Only reason not 5 stars is because customers should get napkins always and they never put them in the bag also because once we were handed our food the gentleman at the window didn't realize we needed something else until about 5 minutes later and we even honked.
