The good: Order generally is right. I'd say 90% of the time there isn't any issue(only had a few instances with like a wrong drink or it wasn't fresh like stale fries). The bad: The line here is such a coinflip... there are times when its fast...or other nights where there's 2 cars in front of me on both drive thru 1 and 2 and it takes 30+ minutes to get your food... Just timing how long I sat at the speaker one night was almost 10 minutes before they asked for me to order... so it is very inconsistent and if you see a long line... it probably means they're on that slow side of the coin flip and its going to be a longer wait than usual...Edit: Honestly there's just so many more times it goes wrong than right... literally sat in the drive thru again while they took 3 orders ahead of me while I have a mobile order... I just need to say a code and they let 3 cars on the outside drive thru order first while I sat there for 10 minutes with one of the quickest orders... just feels disrespectful at this point

Sat in the drive thru for 45 mins BEFORE they took my order and I arrived at 715. After ordering I waited a further 20 mins before receiving my food. Upon opening and eating my burger ,which I still had to pay full price for, I found my burger was partially raw. I am currently trying to get this location shut down for neglect to food safety standards and customer service. HORRIBLE place. Never visit this location.

I frequent random McDonald's on a daily basis. This is the only location I have known to stop their curbside assistance at 7:00 p.m. . So I normally do not use curbside assistance after 7:00 p.m. I still say it was a great service. I had to go into the location to retrieve my order, but that was no problem. The person handling my order was very polite and asked if I needed anything else which is a plus. Not to mention I felt no bad vibes when I walked into this establishment. Everyone was working, and I didn't have the sense of a stink attitude. Kudos to the night shift at the 85th and Blue ridge location. Your greatly appreciated and your hard work is acknowledged. Got threatened by the workers here. Then got phone calls to my personal number after calling and telling them to give people their food so I could get out of line since I was blocked in and running out of gas. Finally executed a 12 point turn to get out and left. Then their "worker" Anthony called my personal phone number multiple times saying "911, what's your emergency?" and making threats. I finally did call the police and asked them to check it out. I also gave them the phone number of the worker harassing me. Absolutely the WORST and SCARIEST experience of my time in KC. Don't go here unless risking your life for dinner sounds like fun.

Elitelady, now u know KCMO has a pothole problem and been that way at least since I came the first time in 2002. McDonald's knew this to, and if it was done right the first time there wouldn't be anypotholes
I'm not sure but I would not recommend going late night cause they play around at night and the food is cold
