Pulled into drive-thru, waited awhile and finally placed our order through an automated system. It showed on the screen, but not sure it ever finalized. Waited over 20 minutes to get to the one window operating. Cashier looked at me like I shouldn't be there and by this time all of the cars that had been in line behind ne were gone. I waited 10 minutes at the window for 3 drinks and 6 cookies. I understand stuff happens, but apologize, thank me for my order after I waited in line close to 30 minutes.

This McDonald’s is the only 24 hour one. They can not figure out how to server anyone after 7pm. They only have 3 people in the building. It’s like this every night.

Ordered food online at 11:15. Sat waiting at drive thru since 11:25 to pick up. 12:08 currently. Sat in park since 11:35. Incredibly slow, and multiple times when I come through after 12 they are close even though they are marked as 24 hour? Maybe it’s just a problem with google.

I was in the 2nd lane of the drive thru and they took forever responding at the order window. I keep saying hello before anyone responded. It is common courtesy to say one minute please or we will be with you in a moment. A customer should not have to get the workers attention to recognize a customer is waiting to order. Poor service.
