They got our food ready but didn't even let us know our order blah blah is ready. Just stood there and stared at us til we made eye contact and said your food is ready. Like really? Then grabbed some to go bags for kiddos and an employee stood around looking for the lady at the counter instead of putting it down and helping me for 2 freaking seconds. So unprofessional.

I walked into the lobby, happy that it was open. Got one fatty of a burger, with that bacon jam. Ate the whole thing and limped back to my van for a quick nap. Will do again.

Burger was cool- not even lukewarm. And the cheese was not melted- looked like it had been sitting out for awhile. Customers were waiting for service inside while three employees worked the drive- thru window. The facility seemed clean.

Just about the worst experience I have had at a Wendy's. There were 4 cars in line when I pulled up. 15 minutes later no one had placed a order and the cars drove off. I pulled up to the window and they acted like nothing was wrong. I asked why noone took a single order, the guy said sorry what can I get you. I ordered 3 go wraps 1 of Each kind. I have attached photos of this order. Not even close to right or acceptable.
