If you enjoy snakes, water moccasins this is your place. Checked in with my daughter & dog at 4am. Around 4:10am my daughter spotted a new-born coming towards her. After that I had a full grown snake trying to strike at me. I wasn’t allowed to have a copy of my bill, called choice hotels they told me I was a “no show”. I stood in the hallway until an animal control officer could drive 2 1/2 states away to through the room. I wIll keep fighting for a refund and much more. Snakes we saw were in room 117! Also, we will be finding a lawyer. STAY AWAY, unless you enjoy nasty snakes!!!!

Breakfast was awesome, the rooms subpar, bathroom door can't open if u sitting on the toilet. Bathroom too small.good location. Outdated furniture.

WARNING!!! I advised the staff and management the day of my reservation that I had tested positive for COVID. I offer to provide a copy of my received results that same day. All I was told was that wasn’t necessary. I had 24 hrs to cancel my reservation. My windows time had passed. When asked if I still kept my reservation what would be the protocol, the receptionist stated we don’t have one. Although I understand under normal circumstances, the 24hr cancellation policy would be applicable. I was contagious, and the CDC required me to stay home. I contacted the hotel within 1 hr after my results, hours before the scheduled check-in time. I find it very discouraging that this location encourages guests to come into the hotel, although they have tested positive. I was not turned away to stay at this hotel. I was just given the option of either keeping my reservation and potentially spreading this disease to other guests, staff or being out what I paid for the room. I am extremely surprised that during a global pandemic, Quality Inn would penalize their customers and would not reimburse them for a stay that never happened. I did not want to spread this disease, so I did cancel. I am out of the money I paid. I contacted management I have not received a response. It’s been over a week. I understand the hotel doesn’t have control over a guest that shows up with COVID and does not advise them and them potentially spreading it. Having a guest inform them ahead of time and then not encouraging them to cancel or to quarantine or follow any extra measures is very concerning.
