The room was fine. Housekeepers were really friendly and great. The front desk associate at check was great. The one at check out could care less. Wasn't friendly, barely paid attention to you. Was more concerned with watch she was watching on her phone.

Nice place. Welcoming staff and clean rooms. Location was a little hidden which is why 4/5 stars. Also the pool was a little dingy. I don't know if it was just the lighting? I would stay here again🤗

Getting 3 stars due to friendliness of the staff. The hotel is slowly becoming worse and worse with no continued repairs. The air quality of the hotel is horrible. I developed a horrible cough after my first night there and it went away less than 24 hours after leaving. The overall room cleanliness was poor. The TV didn't work properly. There was no body wash in the container but the staff were able to get me more. This place has really went downhill fast in the last few years and I likely won't be returning to this hotel when traveling back to the area for business. I left a review with Hilton themselves and exchanged emails with the manager.

Did not realize what type of hotel this was when reserved as it was a short notice reservation and we were only basing it on location/price. I have to say as soon as we turned the door knob, we were thrown off. The size, layout, modern look was so impressive even my kids were in awe! Loved how spacious it was and how different it was from most hotel rooms. Will look to stay in another Home2 Suites in the future for sure!! Animals are also allowed which I'm sure works for a lot of families. Did not give it a 5-star only because there was hair on desk/bathtub and I'm very picky when it comes to cleanliness.
