Our stay at the Hampton in was OK. The staff were absolutely pleasant. For starters the pool water was dirty it had close to a dark gray color it deter me to get in. Along with some young woman by the pool side playing some loud music and drinking alcohol. The price for this hotel was too pricey if you ask me. I’m located in very urban area where there is a lot of traffic for tourist and the closest Hampton in cost the average of $79 a night. Breakfast was definitely a plus though.

From CHECK-IN to CHECK-OUT stellar experience. We stayed because of the Marine Corp Marathon and although checkout was at 11 Samantha extended our stay so we could shower. That small gesture meant the world to me and we will definitely be returning. Not only did we receive superb customer service at check in, the room was SPOTLESS. There was a reception also the day we checked in and we would have never known until we saw folks leaving. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Unfortunately, my stay here started off with a check in annoyance and then charged more then I was told. The issue was bad communication. On way to hotel I phoned and was told $150 for the room total INCLUDED dog fee and taxes would be added when arrived. Upon arrival signed a form that said $176.32(I figured this included the taxes). My bill on my credit card was $203.32. Besides this issue the front desk staff needs to understand the process of check in. I signed a smoking form and the $176.32 bill. Then when returning from my car with my bags, dog and dad I was told I could not enter the room without signing the form about the dog. This was very annoying considering I had just gone in and signed the other two forms and now I was being denied going up to my room without signing this form. I even asked if I could go to the room drop everything off and come back and I was told no. It was very unprofessional and I will never stay at this hotel again due to the lack of accurate communication and understanding of process. Please train your employees so they understand the check in process and the importance of clear communication on cost. If you have to stay at this hotel be sure to clarify cost with a manager. This has not been an issue at other Hilton properties. In response to your reply. $176.32 plus dog fee was not the finally fee I paid. The numbers don’t add up anyway you look at it. Please train your staff on clear communication and the check-in process. Providing all forms to sign at once. That is all I ask.

Great front desk staff - they treated us the moment we came through the doors and made us feel very welcome. When we headed out for dinner, the young man at the desk wanted make sure our room met are our needs, and welcomed us back when we got back from dinner. Our room was nice and clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. We did have to ask for an extra set of towels as they had only set the bathroom up for one person. Other than that, our stay was great. Thank you!
