I stopped in today and ordered a vegan wrap. Whoever made it. OMG!! It was delicious. My family and I have been ordering only from here for awhile and they never seem to disappoint. The food is always hot and good.

The customer service at Pizza Boli's in Dumfries was horrible yesterday evening. I was out running errands and decided to grab a pizza on the way home, so I ordered ahead of time. When I walked in to pick it up the young lady was on the phone taking an order. I stood in line at least 8 minutes, not once did she acknowledge me and say just a minute. A gentleman walked out the back and and started asking folks for their orders. He lined them up on the counter and stated that she was the only person that could ring us up. Another 4 minutes went by and she hung up the phone with the call in customer. She still didn't acknowledge the customers in line...with a I apologize for the wait or anything. I was first in line, so she gave me my total. I opened my wallet and paid her, by placing the money in her hands. She then proceeds to place my change on the counter as if I was dirty or if I had gems. I asked her was that her normal protocol and to keep the change, since she obviously felt as if I was dirty and didn't want to take a chance in making contact with me. I served almost 22 years in the military and sometimes the treatment right here is more suspect then in some to other countries.

I’ve tried to give them a pass, but the product has become subpar with each time I use it. The one in Dumphries is horrible, so is their customer service . I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. This is the worst one yet, they put grated Parmesan left my croutons and gave me a couple piece of chicken . When I called up to complain about it, they said there was nothing they could do. Even though the order was not correct, and it look like something I could pick up at Walmart for five dollars. I will never order from them again, ever. They lost a customer for life, and I use them a lot. No
