Ordered on the app, called right after to cancel the order because the app defaulted to a different location. The lady hung on me after she said hello and I informed her of the issues. No additional conversation was had. I then called back everytime after she hung up the phone without speaking. So I go to this location and no longer feel comfortable eating the food due her behavior and request a refund. She refused the refund, keeps my 17 dollars, and the food. Won't provide the gm number or a way to get my money for food I didn't get. They wouldn't even give me the receipt for the food I paid for, the lady had it in her hand and just lied saying it wasn't my receipt.

Grosssss Grossss Grossss the chips that came in my bag smelled and tasted like covid '20 grease. Clean your friers nasties wish I could 4D them for you. Made me not want to eat the rest.

I came to this Taco Bell on Wednesday 8/11 around 5:30pm (I include this info because the staff here at the time deserves a raise) because I wanted to get off the highway in a thunderstorm. Wow. Best thunderstorm delay of my life. I’ve probably been to over a hundred different Taco Bells over the years and this was one of the best I’ve been to. Granted, I only did drive through, but the food was extremely well made and the staff was very nice.
