Unprofessional, rude pharmacy staff. Also this location seems to take MUCH longer to fill prescriptions. My recommendation is to choose another location you will get your prescriptions faster and will be spoken to in a decent professional manner. Looking at most of the other comments and ratings it appears that nothing is being done about the staffs' etiquette and timeliness of feeling prescriptions.

Grace is the lady who did my Covid swap and she was absolutely rude. When i arrived she had a nasty attitude because i didn’t receive her voice message. Please fix your attitude, very unprofessional.

Worst customer service within the pharmacy, firstly to collect a prescription one has to wait in long lines with just one pharmacist at the register. Next the prescription is never ready on time, they give you a time and once your there at the pharmacy at the specified time, the prescription is not ready and i m asked to wait additional 30 minutes with absolute no regards to one's time. Overall this pharmacy does not care for its customers.I would give it 0 stars, but giving it a 1 star since i have to select at least a star for my review to post. I urge the management to please implement some changes that benefits its customers.

This CVS does not give any values to its customer. The lady saw me pulling up by the door and she locked the door from the inside even though they had 4 minutes left before closing. Its really disappointing that she didn't even give me a chance to explain what I was getting. I was sick and wanted to get some medication. This was the closest CVS to my house so I came rushing before they close. However the lady saw me pulling up to the parking lot and she still locked the door from the inside. I only wanted to get a cough syrup and leave. The closing hours should be changed to 11:56 pm from now on if you are not willing to serve people until midnight.. What a shame!! The worst CVS by far!!
