My experience was extremely pleasant. There was a consultant we spoke to Joanna, who was kind and helpful. Took me on a tour of the property and made sure i felt at home even though we eneded up not moving to Fredericksburg ! Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for a place to stay in a nice neighborhood.

Not the best experience thus far. I’ve complained about my old oven, falling apart balcony and poorly secured windows since I moved in, which was in March. They claim they are doing “exterior renovations” but I have yet to receive any information on when they are doing my building. Their parking lot is a mess as well, they won’t even re-paint the visitor’s spots, and they just patched up a massive pothole that had to be there for at least a year. I’ve been here for three months and I can’t wait to vacate. Overall, if I’m paying over 1200, I expect up to date appliances, a nice sturdy balcony and windows that don’t fall on me every time I attempt to open them. Whoever owns this property is very cheap and should be ashamed of themselves. This review isn’t a reflection of the maintenance guy, Rob. He does what he can and I always appreciate his assistance.

Just stopped by the leasing office to see if I can get some consultation without an appointment. Talk about rolling up your sleeves and diving in! Cedric at the leasing office delved in to my situation and helped me find the best options. He prioritized what's best for me even if it meant referring me to another sister property. He was answering questions that I didn't know I had. Made phenomenal recommendations and simply equipped me with all the information I needed to make my decision. I would be thrilled if my property manager is half as helpful as Cedric, wherever I end up.

Pros; It is in a great location for me for city access and quick routes to get going to work. For the price of the other MAA properties, this location gives a bit more space for similar price and is next to a nice park to walk in. Cons; My building has had a plumbing issues with the basement Washing machines for 2 years (water backs up from the floor), despite multiple reports and photo evidence of the hazard. One of the washers backed up water so bad it has been unplugged for over a year to avoid a slipping hazard. The other one is starting to get just as bad and eventually every wash will require someone using a towel to mop up the floor before getting to the one working washer and both dryers. Also oncerns about squeaky floors above my apartment seem to be ignored despite it causing me to wake up on a regular basis.
