The staff is friendly. However, their work was awful. I paid for a full paint and body work. They didn’t paint the inside of the utility bed and there was tape overlap, showing the utility beds original red color. There was overspray on all the rubber, my brand new headlights, completely painted over a reflector, lots of pitting, cracks, globs of dry paint and so on. If I could share pictures I would, I have about 30 photos showing the very poor job all around the vehicle. I will say, they agreed that it was bad and have rescheduled me. However, not until June which is way past my business deadline. I tried the Puyallup maaco with another vehicle and it was attempted stolen and also a very very bad job.

Let me start by saying that I've had 5 cars painted at Maaco & I haven't gotten one back that I wasn't satisfied with. The last one was in a major wreck & Kimballs quoted me $4,000 more than Maaco, I was happy to get my car back with no problems or issues. Its been a year and still looks great.
