Unfortunate damage to my 2022 RAV4. After getting the estimate, they were the only shop I would consider. Completely thorough. And a huge help with the other drivers slow moving insurance company. The work was done as quickly as possible. The vehicle looks brand new again! Thanks to Jose and his whole staff, great job!

What an awesome group of people. Brought a part (rocker molding) in to see if I could get it painted. Had it done in a couple of days. Great turn around. A big thanks to Jose for fitting me into his schedule. And to Jennifer, the lady with the pink name plate, for brightening my day. You guys rock :-)

Great place to have your vehicle repaired or painted. This is my 3rd time using this company. They are not a part of the Toyota dealership either which brings down the costs of repairs. They have very knowledgeable staff and the job they provide to your vehicles are excellent. I recommend everyone I can to go here for car repairs.

Questions & Answers

I was just in an accident and had my car towed to you, how does the repair process work?

Sometimes, an insurance adjuster will be involved and work with the repair facility. If you are paying for the repairs directly, consult the advisor at the collision center regarding the specifics of your repair and the anticipated duration. The process usually starts with a complete inspection, repairs are authorized, completed and the vehicle is returned to you. I prefer manufacurer original parts, but sometimes it is less expensive to use aftermarket parts. Also, don't see a tiny scratch on the bumper of a newer vehicle and think a bottle of nail polish will fix it- there are a gazillion sensors in newer vehicles and as much technology behind the rear bumper as there is behind the wheel- most of it is designed to keep you safe.

Are masks required?

Yes. Masks or face-covering shields will be required until the mandate is lifted. If you have a medical condition preventing you from covering your face, please ask our team about home services or touch-free options. The health and safety of our staff is a top priority as well as the comfort of all our customers.

Is there a key drop off for after hours
