Tips to the servers for better service: #1 When you show up to the table, disclose the menu policy. If it's QR only, say so (drink menu is conveniently placed on the table, why isn't the food menu?) I had to order blindly because no menù was provided. Asked for a burger, was given 3 burger names with no description or prices. I ended up paying 14.99 - ouch! #2 My party of 3 had to take turns to have dinner. If the restaurant policy is to push food out to the tables whenever ready and there's no expeditor, at least disclose to the guests that food comes out as it is ready, or ask "would you like your food all at the same time"? I am now done eating, while my family isn't, and that is how I have time to write this bad review 🤣 #3 Yes - we know the celery and carrots are now extra, but we did order them with the wings so bring them with the wings. Ours came out long after 🙄 #4 Double check your guests' orders prior to get to the table. If you say "Bacon Guacamole burger" I expect the Guacamole to be there the first time I get my food 🙄 #5 If you are short staffed, tell your table. Most people can be understanding. #6 Smile.

The problem here is their pick up delivery, there's always a 20+ minute wait if you're lucky, but have been here a few times where it goes to 45 minute wairs when it's not even busy . My best advice is if they can work on their waiting time.

Terrible customer service at this location. We came in excited to have some chicken and the first thing we were greeted with was a young girl at the take out counter basically yelling at us "Dine in or takeout!?" No hello no welcome in just that abrupt and aggressive questioning, then after we said dine in she directed us to the next host stand where the young man told us it would be a 5 minute wait for a table. We sat down and hung out in the lobby area for 15 minutes and noticed the dining room was not even half way full of guests. My GF went up and asked when our table would be ready and was told another 5 minutes. Perhaps they were short staffed this day or they just weren't moving quickly to clear tables and seat guests, either way the wait didn't make sense given the amount of open tables on the floor. Once we were seated a waitress ran by our table and dropped menus off and said she'll be right with us. After 10 minutes sitting there with no water and just menus, we promptly left and went next door to canes. Sorry guys I won't be back to this location again, this was not a good experience at all. 1 Star ⭐ from me and my family.

Service was amazing! Drinks were great too. Long Island 10/10, drafts 10/10. The bartender/server was very friendly and super fast. The food at this location was just okay though. Possibly due to how busy it was, but somehow it was cold.
