The food is always fresh and hot. Sometimes you have to wait a little while.On this particular visit the music was so loud and obnoxious the cashier and I could hardly hear one another. Luckily my order showed up on the screen and I was able to read that my first sandwich I asked for was not there, obviously because he could not hear me. I also noticed while waiting for my food other customers having a hard time ordering that I actually had to shout in order for the cashier to hear them.

I moved to this side of town 9 months ago & have placed several orders at this location. It is ALWAYS a problem. From receiving the entire wrong wing flavor in my order to now I get home to re-warm my wings. And what do I discover? 2 missing wings.!?! I ordered the 15 piece bone in. Not to mention there are 3 flats & the rest drums. Can I get a non lop sided mix? I asked for X-tra DELICIOUS Louisiana rub seasoning. Barely any in @ all. Can staff that are cooking count or read the order receipt? Yes your food is a party in all our mouths. But the prices are WAY TOO EXPENSIVE to be messing up like this. Long wait holds. I will make the extra drive to another location. OVER it!

They never get the orders correct at this location! Attention GM... and OWNERS.... THIS STORE IS NEED OF RE TRAINING.... AND NEW MANAGEMENT! MONEY AND FOOD AND BEVERAGES SHOULD BE HANDLED SEPARATELY.
