If it wasn’t for the the person in the front that looks like the penguin I would give this store 5 stars but that persons attitude is terrible shouldn’t be customer facing he should be in the back . Terrible customer service the rest of the team is cool that person on the other hand needs to work at a warehouse where their attitude won’t be seen. Only saying person because I don’t want to assume their pronouns

My husband placed an order at 3:08. The guy told my husband the order would be ready in 18 minutes but it took 40 minutes. He got home to find out the missed my whole order. He went back and it took another 40 minutes once again. He didn’t come back home with the food till 5:15. Also didn’t realize the mild wings are dry. There is no sauce at all. That should be noted somewhere.

I placed an order for pickup online. My order was not ready when I arrived. The lady said it would be 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, another guy came up to the front and told me that they don't know what happened to my order and that I'd have to wait another 15 minutes. I told them I wanted a refund then left. Never again would I would never order from Wingstop again.

Website gave me issues so I called to give order request via phone. A pleasant person took order and repeated it, large thigh bites with lemon pepper, roll and blue cheese. She asked if I wanted fries, I declined because they aren't good. She offered to drop them once I arrived. I declined. In store I mentioned I drove past 2 other locations that hasn't provided good food before and the cashier said they make sure they provide great service. She checked my bag and gave it to me. 20 mins later at home I open my bag and set out my food, open condiment and smell ranch, which I hate and did not order. I called for refund and was told I need to come back to store to get my refund. Bad service! You all can Mark BC on kids for blue cheese and R for ranch. Why should I have to drive back to get a refund. The system isn't designed for customer satisfaction. My time has been wasted and I dont have what I paid for. Closing the bag and taping it together after your check did not prove accurate.

Such good service! i I had an extremely large order and one of the employees helped me bring all of the bags and drinks into the car. I will definitely be stopping by at this location for my next lunch break!
