Purchasing laminate was simple enough, but the people they contract to lay their floors are not good. We had Modern Flooring Services (which doesn't exist now I think?) lay our laminate. They sent one person who didn't know anything about the details of job to lay new laminate in nearly our whole house. He damaged some of our walls and had to patch them, laid the floor incorrectly (looks perfectly symmetrical across the whole floor and obviously fake), skipped out on underlayment in half the house because he was too lazy to lay it, and took 4 days when we were promised a 2-3 person team would only take 2 days. He also nearly refused to haul the old carpet away until we showed him our bill that specifically mentioned dumping our old carpet. Lumber Liquidators was severely unhelpful during the whole installation and refused to refund us for any of the stuff our installer didn't use that we purchased from them (which was most of it because he laid it wrong and didn't use the correct tools). The entire experience was a nightmare and we are very obviously going have to invest thousands in redoing our flooring in the next couple years because of this awful work that was done. I'd suggest finding another flooring company to get floors from.

We’re redoing our house floors and baseboards (along with much more) we’ve been into their location multiple times and they have been the most helpful and reasonably priced out of multiple other places we visited prior. Rob Davis is exceptional and always pointing us in the right direction. Their prices are truly unbeatable and so far they’ve had everything we need in stock. I would recommend them ten times over. I wish I could give zero stars. Please spend your money with a different company, you will be thankful you went somewhere else. We paid a lot of money to have them install our floors and they kept promising they would ensure we were happy with the install and that they “guaranteed their work”. Well, they damaged parts of our house, charged us for moving furniture they didn’t move and they installed the wrong flooring on our stairs. At first we thought no big deal, mistakes happen and they said would fix it. We were very wrong. We have been trying to get them to fix it for nearly 3 months with zero progress! Every time we call or email they say they are working on it but nothing happens. It is very clear they don’t care at all about their customers and once they get the money they disappear. Save yourself the time and headache and go with any other company. No one could possibly do a worse job.

Extremely tight dock for any 53ft tractor trailer. You can see where previous drivers hit the electrical box. They unload from the door on the right. Highly recommend coming at night to set up before your morning delivery because the traffic. If cars are parked, you will not be able to get in (atleast with a sleeper), and they can just as easily trap you. Be careful, GOAL and you should be fine. Receiving employee was very friendly!
