Ryan Motor’s made my first time car shopping so easy and fun! Upon arriving I was greeted with an energetic good morning and several smiling faces. Within seconds I was shaking hands with a gentleman named Bryan Wilkes. I could tell he was a guy who could competently answer any questions that I could think of. I admired working with Bryan, because I he genuinely enjoys his work and he’s quite personable. After my test drive in the Jeep Renegade, Bryan and Jesse worked together to show me other great options that matched my budget and my general lifestyle/preferences. I truly appreciate the time they put in to make sure that I was looking into the right vehicle for this big decision in my life. They gave me great finance options through their own lenders, but respected the fact that I wanted to finance through my own personal bank. After I left Ryan motors to talk to my bank I was able to stay in contact with Bryan the every step of the way. On Bryan’s business card he has both Ryan Motor’s phone number and his personal cell phone to make communication easy. Bryan made communication an absolute breeze as he would directly reach out to my loan officer taking all the stress off me. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Mike was pleasant to work with and he thoroughly answered all my questions. He was patient with me while I carefully thought about my decision. After everything was said and done I got to ring a bell, which brought on lots of fun and cheering. I got several handshakes and high-fives all around. Everybody at Ryan Motor’s is great to work with. I truly feel like part of the Ryan Motor’s family! Take Bryan with you for a test drive! He is great company and an even better copilot.
