Love our local UPS store. I have never had bad experiences with the people working there. Every time I go to the counter they smile at me. Yes, they have to ask questions due to certain batteries that have to be handled with caution and the box has to have a specific label on it. Yes, they ask if you ship liquid again to be sure it is packed correctly. Give them a break! Next time, walk up to the counter and smile and understand they don't just want to make your life miserable but help you and be sure your package arrives safely. And by the way it is almost always an estimated time of delivery. Weather can impact it if it goes by plane, or big long haul UPS truck even you might get through in a car.

Kalei is not that big of a help. Charged me to reprint a UPS label, when other UPS stores have done it for free numerous times.

In early 2020 I had to ship a computer to CA. I was told that because of the value of the computer, I had to buy insurance. The next day, after dropping it off, I checked to see the shipping status of it. It had not yet shipped. I called the store and was told that they didn't have it. UPS didn't have, the store didn't have, who had it? The store investigated and two days later it was reported found in Seattle by someone who received it. I asked that it be shipped back to me for inspection. I was told no, it could only go to the original person I had shipped it too. To boot, I was told that it was going to cost me more money. Eventually, after discussion, the system was shipped to the original recipient. Upon arriving, it was discovered that the computer was not in the original box. It was missing all of its support documentation and part boxes (which were flattened for shipment) and that the computer itself had also been damaged. They did not honor the "insurance" nor would the store pay for the damage. I found out that after leaving the store, a new label was printed for my shipment sending the box to Seattle. IMHO, the computer was removed from the box, then a new label was printed, and the box was then shipped to a random person in the UPS system. Again IMHO, having caught the "lost" status of my package the very next day, the store employees were forced to scramble to resolve the issue. It is my firm opinion that this location cannot be trusted.

My experience is based upon the last three times I have used this store as a whole. The arrogate experience amounts to a single star rating. For example,I used them to mail a letter. They charged $12.00 for this service. The very next day I mailed the exact same type of letter through the USPS and it only cost $4.50 and it arrived two days before the one sent via UPS. And to boot, the letter sent via UPS had been opened, and damaged resulting in my having to resent the letter. The staff for the most part seem more interested in over charging customers than providing service. When you call them, they seem less than helpful, unmotivated to help, and genuinely dis-interested. Use them if you must, but don't expect much.

Yes. Know that some amazon codes will require all original packaging and UPS doesn't not provide free packaging but will provide you with either the least costly or most shipment effective packaging for your returns
Yes you can and most of the time they will give you a better rate than flat rate
No. That's like asking Ford if they make a Chevy.
