Cashier 45089 (guess her mom didn't like her either) no name on receipt. She just made me feel so uncomfortable because I asked her to call the ottoman that I bought off the floor. Guess we're not getting paid enough for real customer service anymore she stared at me up and down and shook her head so hard at me her glasses almost fell off. Any other goodwill calls it off the floor when you but it. Called for back up because I asked her to call it off the floor she said no. You wouldn't bother me too much if your personality was nice but your personality sucks.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The manager at this location called my son who is a child, fat and unhealthy. She said it to his face and it really affected him. She continued to be verbally abusive for about 10 min. Many witnessed it and were disgusted. After reaching out about this incident, I've learned many others have had issues with her so everyone's decided to move forward and take the issue into our own hands. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Not only because of management but because prices have tripled. The prices at this store have been complained about by the whole town since early last year. Items that are generally priced at $15 such as a small end table needing TLC (great price) are priced on average at this store for $50. Sadly we see most of it go into the dump because they can't sell the items.

The store is always pretty good. Employees are friendly and its clean but the PEOPLE are rough. They'll just stand in the middle of anything and stare without ever looking around to consider who else is around. So the business is good,the patrons are insufferable.

This goodwill has improved since the last time I went. Good selection of clothing. Lots of household and bedding. Employees are pleasant as always. Good to see the ones who have worked at this location for along time.
