While on vacation here, our golden doodle developed what we thought was a UTI. We were able to get a same-day weekend appointment as new clients at VCA when none of the other ten animal hospitals we called would see us. Our dogs have had caring, professional care at BGAH. Our vet, Dr. Duffy, is great. She really puts our anxious pups at ease and is gentle but thorough in her exams. We are very grateful to the staff for their professionalism and friendliness.

We had to get surgery done on our fur baby. Living in Battle Ground now we have still gone to Vancouver. The people said during a visit call VCA. They are very good. Well we did. The staff are great. Very nice and professional. Doctors were very concerned and wanted to make sure we understood what was going on. Our dog had to get in human terms a ACL surgery on her left hind leg. It was done outstanding. They will be able to do all follow up visits which is great. They are a full service Hospital. You will feel good with using VCA and know the staff is there to help your fur baby and make sure you are doing well Hi highly recommend using them. Thank you, Fritz

I went here just last week for the first time with my new kitten Solomon, and this place rocks!!! The entire staff was so kind, highly informative, and very thorough. Solomon purred his entire visit. Seriously, they made us both feel right at home. You wouldn't have even known that he was poked with a needle, it was done so fast. The very next day I received a thank you email, and after that, a thank you card in the mail as well. I call that EXCELLENT customer service! Pet parents, you gotta check this place out. Solomon will be coming back for all his future needs. Thank you to the entire staff....from start to finish! 😻
