Update for 4/24/22: went back and customer service was still pretty awesome. At one point, one of the workers came to give us an additional toy from a crane game because we had “won twice” on a technicality. Great, clean location with lots of winning potential! Highly recommend!!! Great customer service, fun games that you won’t find anywhere else! The guy I was buying arcade credits from was very patient and helped me figure out the best way to play. While doing the UFO catcher, a nice lady came and gave me tips without me asking. Super clean and super fun! Glad to have one in the area! Did not try the food, so can’t comment on that, but overall a great experience!

Hours say they close at 2am and they're closed at 12 for the month of February. Not a huge deal went back the next day and at least 50% of the games were broken. Pretty much all of the staff was super weird the whole time. I got carded at one point because it's 18+ after 10. Why? I understand 21+ but they weren't even selling alcohol so what's the point. Save your money and go to ground control instead.

Best add on to the mall since the movie hall. Best selection of games I have seen in a long while.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Not too crowded. Staff was helpful enough. Clean environment, they weren't mask Nazis.
