I asked about inquiring for a diagnostic the day before and he grabbed the machine, and in no time flat was giving me coherent accurate information at no cost. Absolutely rude staff. Walked in to ask about the possibility of renting an engine scanner and was met with immediate laughter from one of the employees. Needless to say I won’t be going back here ever.

On the evening of 1/25/22, a young man helped me find the headlights I needed for my Toyota Highlander. I came back an hour later thinking he sold me the wrong ones (I apparently was trying to change out my high beams instead of my low beams). He was so sweet and helped me install my low beams, which got me safely back on the road at 9pm. I didn't catch his name, but it is service like his that will keep me coming back to O'Reilly's! Thanks again!!

I haven't had to get a bolt that size at O'Reilly, but they have a decent selection. If they don't there's parkrose just up the street, and they certainly will have what u need
