First off this place has the worst customer service when it comes to the parts department. They don't answer the phone. The manager is extremely rude and will argue with you instead of helping... they have ordered on more than one occasion the wrong parts. After giving them multiple chances and shopping here for 4 yrs nothing has improved or changed.. save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else

Great customer service. Tony was very casual no pressure. Would definitely go to them in future! Love our new tent trailer

I bought this trailer 2 years ago new, Doug was the salesman at the time friendly and not pressuring we had a great experience with the purchase of trailer. However the service department has not been great and this is what led to this review and will keep me from coming back and upsizing our trailer from Vancouver rv. Setting up a appointment was a joke multiple voicemails to not get a call back when finally did set up an appointment it was months out and when dropped off on the service date it sat over a week with out being seen and no contact with updates was made. Lastly an upgrade service warranty agreement doesn’t cover anything if it’s past 1 year manufacturers warranty I got charged a lot without any knowledge and services I didn’t request when asked why there was no good answer just said it’s a service agreement and not a warranty. I also reminded Trisha to-please call if there are charges not covered and I declined when there was two issues brought up not covered yet I still got charged $411 for me to be told all is good and a dab of sealant around speaker that was not requested if first place. Don’t get scammed and I’m ok if they don’t need my business.

Our first RV! This was the first time for us on an RV lot to look. We had been reviewing several models of RV's that would fit our family needs but also work with our tow Vehicle (2020 Kia Telluride). There were some very good points and some others that need to be addressed. I had spoken with Tony prior to arrival and when we met in person he was aware of our unique needs and although the model we were specifically interested in was not available that day he was able to locate 2 other similar models that would work and we settled on the 2021 Wildwood FSX 17DBK. The next challenge was we hoped to have it for the following weekend for camping, but was initially told that it would be nearly two weeks to get it PDI'ed. Everything was overwhelming their system and they were so far behind in deliveries it was not likely. He ended up checking and was able to arrange for us to pick it up on Friday before our camping trip. As we were having to travel 3 hours to pick it up I was grateful that the tech that stayed late to help on a holiday weekend did so. I am puzzled as to why the trailer was not PDI'ed prior to putting on the lot as it had sat for "some" time for a "bad" lot worker to steal not only the bluetooth speaker from this unit, but from the other ones with it on the lot. Seems like that should have been long enough to have done the inspection to allow for the unit to be delivered to a customer much more quickly than 2 weeks. I appreciate that it was made to happen for us still. Another challenge we are facing is getting in touch with parts and service. We have a voucher but have had to buy all our parts/accessories elsewhere because no one was available. I have been trying to call and have left messages and no one returns calls. In fact, to refer to your business as an RV Center I had wrongly assumed that would mean that they cater to RV market. For first time RV'ers I was hoping that maybe there is a starter kit of accessories (sewer hose, water hose, etc.) that I could purchase if not provided. Maybe not the extra's like a water filter, but just the basics. How about installing of the electronic trailer brake? It could be done, but involves the magical 2 Week wait to get it done. I ended up getting the brake installed at another business. In my mind I imagine an RV Center as a place to get full service but I feel like this is an add on to the Toyota Dealership kind of like a "side hustle" not their bread and butter so not a priority. I feel like if I was willing and able to wait out process I would have good service and a good product, but you will have to WAIT... I never even haggled the price and went with nearly every option presented. The sales side of the house was great to work with, but the it lacks in other areas. Overall for the price and sales experience it was better than ok, but for ongoing support and service I have some serious doubts. I am not "local" so will need to find a different place to get service anyway. Might check with them again when I upgrade, but not WOWED to go out of my way to Vancouver RV.
