We were so lucky to come across this company! We had been thinking of getting a trailer for a long time but we had never done anything like that before and were really afraid that it would be to difficult, Puyallup RV of Vancouver were the best at getting absolute newbies all set to take off on an adventure. Curtis was our sales person and we spent about 3 hours with him over 3 different visits until we, with his expert guidance and tireless question answering fell in love with a beautiful 2016 Jayco White Hawk that looked like it had never been used, clean, clean, clean! Raeann set up our financing with our credit union and got all of our paperwork done for us, she was pleasant and efficient and put us at ease, it was such an easy process with her, very professional and well handled. Josh and Jerrod did the real heavy lifting- they took us all through the trailer when we took delivery, over 3 hours they showed us how everything worked on our trailer! They even fixed a fuse on our truck so all the lights would be working before we left and installed a break assist on the truck for the trailer brakes. I was so amazed at how detail oriented and patient they were, they made us feel so confident about heading out in our trailer-they really made the whole experience a joy, thanks guys, you are the best!

My Husband and I had a 2017 Montana fifthwheel trailer we were really scratching our heads on how to sell personally. as we know selling personally can be very taxing and complicated for both seller and buyer. These people made the selling on consignment process very pleasant! They were very honest with us, on how the process works, they lock in the price you want (if it's reasonable) and it will only change if a potential buyer with verified money makes an offer, but it is your choice to except or deny. or until after (if) your contract expires and you can either take your RV back, free of charge or alter your price. Our trailer was there for a week and a half and is now sold! 0 hassle on our part, Puyallup RV does all the cleaning and marketing and only calls you when they have a serious buyer! We are so thankful for their help selling our trailer, especially in our busy life. 100% would recommend consigning with them and or buying from them.

We purchased a used Class A motor home that was on consignment at Puyallup RV of Vancouver, and our experience throughout the process was outstanding. We are first time RV purchasers, and whether this is your first purchase or you have lots of experience, I would highly recommend this dealer. Everyone was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We live south of Portland and had been looking at various motor homes and visited a number of dealers in a 50-mile radius. The 30 minute trip to Vancouver has been well worth our time. They had exactly the right motor home that met our needs - great features, low mileage, clean, and a competitive price. Curtis, our salesperson, explained all of the features and walked us through the RV - no high pressure sales tactics and they handled all of the contacts with the owner. He also helped arrange for the third-party inspection and promptly answered our follow up calls. Jared, the technician, was great on the test drive - very patient and talked us through everything we needed and answered all of our questions. Before the test drive, the rear view and side cameras were not working and he quickly replaced the fuse, explained the likely cause, and showed us where the fuse was located and how to replace it in case this ever happened on the road. He will be the one prepping the vehicle for delivery, and I don't think it could be in better hands. Raeann, the finance officer, was very efficient, handled all of the paperwork, addressed my questions on the extended warranty contract, and got us a great rate on our financing. Overall, this has been clearly a Five-Star experience, and we look forward to taking delivery of our RV and going to Puyallup RV of Vancouver for all of our maintenance and RV needs in the future.
