Staff here was very nice except my grumpy nail tech. Experience was supposed to be relaxing, instead it was little bit stressful. Making snide remarks under breath while throwing scowls at customer/s isn’t polite, much unlike all the other staff. I don’t get it why these salons hire such people. She didn’t like the tip I gave, and made her disapproval quite apparent. Don’t care, as I’m not paying for cheeky nail techs!

Staff are always quick, friendly and professional! Went in today for a gel manicure (photos attached); it was about $35 including a simple glitter gradient. This is very reasonable IMO, especially in this neighborhood. I think it took about an hour or so. Tuyet (she also goes by Snow) is such a sweetheart! Thank you for being so kind and thorough! 😊

Pros, the pedi was great. The people were very nice. Cons, The dip however was the worst experience I've had getting my nails done. It took 2 1/2 hours. All my nails are a different shape, there is randomly one nail with a different color, and they are rough like sandpaper. I've been getting my nails done for over twenty years. This was the worst.
