I've been going here for years, no problems. I even got my daughter to go here for nails. Never had a problem until recently when we noticed that tips are being added after you leave when you pay by card. We tip generously so this is a robbery. Make sure you look at statements or pay by cash! They just lost business from 2 people.

I recently got acrylics a few days ago with a friend and they overcharged us. We didn't realize this until a few days after. Their pricing showed that my set of nails should have costed around $40 as seen on their board. However, by the time I finished, they charged me $60. While getting my nails done, I had told the lady that this was my first time at their store and that I don't get my nails done often. She clearly took advantage of this opportunity to overcharge me. After realizing this, I had brushed it off my shoulders and took it as supporting small businesses. However, when I checked back to my bank account, they had actually charged me $70 although I had tipped them in CASH an additional $10. They added more tip in addition to my tip in cash without my knowledge. In short, my nails should have actually costed $40, but they overcharged me to $70. Not worth. I advise you to really pay attention to their pricing and make sure you keep your receipts. Be mindful when paying and make sure they don't take advantage of you and overcharge. A bunch of thieves - shouldn't be running businesses like this.
