This is my go to nail salon. They have a large staff, so if you’re looking to always have the same technician this is not the place for you, but I love how well staffed it is because it means they can keep up with even the busiest of times. They recently updated their salon chairs, they’re sooooo comfortable, and I always enjoy the complimentary beverage. Bring cash and they have a stamp card! Great place!

I had Jackie as my nail tech. Everyone I talked to was super sweet and she did a great job on my nails. I love them:) -> I got dipping powder. I’m not sure if it’s a type of acrylics or it’s own category, but it looks like acrylics!

I have been going to NK Nails for over 10 years and I am SO disappointed in the quality of service that they are providing these days. Most of the employees are not friendly and when you ask them to do your nails in a specific way, they give you attitude and are rude. I quit going there due to the poor service and the fact that the quality of my manicures and pedicures is horrible compared to how things used to be there. Well, I tried to go there again after 6 mo. of going elsewhere (hoping I would see a change) and nothing has changed at all. I left there after getting a shellac manicure and have two chips in my nails w/in just ONE HOUR of leaving there. I cannot continue to support this place. It costs a lot of money to get your nails done and they should be done how you want them done and w/o attitude...and they should be done correctly so they last for a min. of 2 wks (for shellac)! They are so focused on just pumping out customer after customer that they have lost all sight to what really matters, which is good customer service and quality nails. Very frustrating and sad to be honest. I will be taking my business elsewhere permanently going forward.

I liked this place at first because you don't need an appointment and they're pretty quick. However, both gel manicures I've gotten here have started chipping and lifting in less than a week (between 4 and 6 days in). That's pretty disappointing. Most gel manicures from other salons last 2-3 weeks so I'm not sure what the issue is here. Sadly I will probably avoid this place in the future!
