I used to come here a lot before the pandemic, I came about 2 weeks ago, and the service wasn't like I remembered. I did a basic mani and pedi, the pedi was done by an older woman, she was not thorough and my nails still felt like it needed a more thorough cleaning done. Within a week the gel started coming off, I peeled off the gel color and the nails under were not clean and cuticles look like they were barely trimmed, it was not like how I've gotten in other nail salons. The manicure was done by a younger woman. Her massage was brief, it felt like the lady we did my manicure was rushing. They're still busy, and parking in the lot is better. But the energy in the salon didn't feel like it did pre covid, hard to explain. It felt friendly, but also forced. They still offer the complimentary drinks. I would just rate this place average now, I used to love coming here, but I wasn't satisfied with the pedicure especially since it came off so easily within a week.

This is my favorite place to go for all my nail needs! Tina is a magician in the nail department and everyone makes incredible Vietnamese coffee! You get absolutely pampered here with things like a massage, paraffin, and even hot stones. I love getting gel on my hands and it's so nice having my feet get everything from hot towels to a melt-worthy calf massage. I bring anyone who will listen here!
