Excellent experience with the leasing staff! Relocating from FL to GA and the team was exceptionally helpful, most specifically Deb! She was absolutely delightful, knowledgeable about the property and made sure that I had more than enough information to make a decision on where to call my next home! If it weren't for the distance to my office in Atlanta, hands down I would have selected this location. I didn't realize how far it truly is until visiting in person. The apartments are beautiful, you won't be disappointed!!

I have not moved into the Falls yet, but I can speak on the ladies who work at the front office. Deb, in particular, made my application and touring process very easy! She was easy to get in touch with and very personable. I recommend The Falls at Forsyth to anyone looking for their first apartment or even experienced renters. Deb was the best!

We moved into the Falls at Forsyth in February 2021 after years of apartment living, and I can honestly say this is my favorite apartment complex that I have ever lived in. These apartments are beautiful with unique accents and wonderful amenities. The gym is very nice, well equipped, and clean. The pool is pretty big and always well kept! The complex itself is quiet and clean despite being on the highway. I really enjoy living here and I look forward to our future years as Falls residents! Also, Deborah who works in the leasing office is amazing and very helpful!
