The manager of this store, Collin Huggins, had the upmost professional I’ve ever seen in a manager of AT&T. He was patient with me and understanding. It was as if he cared about why I was in the store in the first place. Your customer service was on a level that I haven’t seen in quite some time. Thank you young man, Winchester road gets 10/10.

Went to the AT&T store for help in getting our new iPhones activated (signed up & bought elsewhere & phones shipped to us). We were greeted by Cory & he was so friendly & extremely helpful! We had also just switched from Verizon to AT&T with the purchase of these phones. He explained how it all works & it took a little time (no fault of his) & got it all figured out for us & phones activated!! While there, we also bought our phone cases! Great store, great service!! So happy we switched to AT&T (coverage so much better too)! Wish we had just gone there to buy the phones in the first place! Highly recommend!

Masks are required to enter in accordance with local guidelines, and all employees were following said guidelines. They kept safe distance between the customers, themselves, other customers, and my son who was running around everywhere. He had just eaten a donut, and conducted himself as any 5-year old would...what were we talking about? AT&T also had protective barriers at the tables/desks in the event they had to sit for an extended period of time while working with a customer. Hand sanitizer was readily accessible throughout the store. If it's not obvious, they took the fact that there's a pandemic outside very seriously. This shouldn't come as a shock, the level of professionalism displayed by every employee at this location is above and beyond. Odds are they watch Spinal Tap at monthly meetings since they're always cranked up to 11. That means they're awesome. Also, very safe in regards to COVID.
Yes!! you can go in without an appointment. There is usually 3-4 people there to help you take care of your problem at hand.
