I will say the experience we had today made me want to cry. We walked in and not one person spoke to us. I had to approach the desk to ask questions when I was in for booked appointments. Every one else that came in was spoken to. What was it about us? I don't understand?

They have always been super. Till recently they have taken a dive down! They advertise the stay open til 6 and they close way early. Go to the door and its locked and there are people insider. They do not answer phones or return any calls. Wow!

The governor's drive location of Quick Care is very efficient and caring! My elderly mother wasn't getting the proper care from her primary care CRNP so I searched for a new one. We hit the jackpot with Claudia Acreman CRNP. She is by far one of the most kind, caring, knowledgeable, professional and qualified CRNP that we have had the pleasure of getting to know as part of my mother's health care team.. I highly recommend seeking out this facility and team if you're needing not just urgent care but primary care also! They are thorough and as the name fits...quick! Thank you all very much!
