Super friendly staff. My kiddo loves stopping here when we are waiting for food at Margarita Factory. They have a good selection of candy you have a harder time finding and their balloon selection is also wonderful. The stock of helium tanks was pretty full as well if you're looking for that. Also a good selection of kids costumes and other party related goodies.

This place is a joke. The past three times I've been here to pick up an online order of balloons, I get here and they are not done yet, inflated the day before, or lost the bag of balloons to be filled. I hope the employees are not getting paid more than minimum wages for their minimum effort.

Very nice staff and knowledgeable. Even had a issue with one of my expensive ballons deflating, as soon as walked in with it, they gave me a new one and off I went. Will always go to this party city from now on. Mahalo
