It was o.k. but I was wanting to rent a room at the cheaper weekly rate but there wasn't any weekly rooms available. So I agreed to rent a room on Wednesday for 2 nites with the promise of a weekly being available on Friday. I went to office to pay my weekly rate and was informed at 8am there wouldn't be a weekly available that they had already rented the weekly rooms out and there wasn't a monthly room available either. I've learned that I will be in town longer than originally planned. I absolutely wouldn't have rented the more expensive 2 nite room if the long term rooms were not going to be available

We have stayed the last 3 days at Mountain View. The owner/manager is a really friendly person and keeps this hotel ran very well and the rooms are kept spotless clean! The rooms could use some updating, but I liked them just fine. I highly recommend staying at Mountain View Hotel!!!

Cool classic style motel. Same stuff you get at any of the modern hotels in the market save a microwave. Owners were great people; the critic who mentioned ownership must not know everything in this town changed in the nineties...

Bud bugs we got ate up no sleep at all and the wifi was very slow I'll not be back. We did not get any sleep due to getting bit. Have bites on my arms, sides, legs and neck. I went to take a shower and it got cold before i could finish. The motel also looks nothing like the pictures posted. Brown paneling and dirty block walls with stained carpet. The man at front desk was nice but when i told him about the bed bugs and us not getting any sleep he just asked which bed. Who cares which bed spray them both unless you want to keep them and wouldn't even apologize or offer any kind of refund. I am not happy that i actually had to pay to get ate up by bedbugs. You pay for sleep and shower thats what you should get. I have pictures and i am calling and reporting. STAY AWAY i stayed in room 7 be smart and go up the road to another motel.
