First of all, we ordered a curbside order and when we got there we checked in. Going inside with two littles in the car, curbside was easiest. Not only did they not know there was a curbside order waiting, we waited for 15 minutes in the car before finally going in and asking why we had not gotten our order. The lady at the counter was very rude and didn’t seem to care that we were missing an order. She finally got our order and left. When we got home, we noticed that we only had 2 straws and should have had 3. The three medium fries we had were only half full, the food was cold, and it was soggy. It was also Sloppily put together and we got 3 bbq sauces for a total of 30 nuggets and we asked for 6. We will not be going back to say the least.

I was not happy with this McDonald's location on this visit I waited at the order sign wile they took the orders of 4 cars in the other lane before they took my order I got my order and went on to work my work is only 5 minutes away from McDonald's when I took my food out of the bag the hash browns were still frozen in the middle and the sausage on the mcgriddle was cold I tried calling the restaurant but no one would answer

I would never eat again we ordered an egg cheese McMuffin and my girl bit into the sandwich and instantly started throwing up said that it had a very strong taste and the inside was blue and green I asked for a refund for our entire breakfast the manager refused only giving me the refund for the McMuffin but I believe that I entire breakfast should have been free because of the experience

Way under staffed still fresh food still kinda quick but if they had enough help im sure it would have been a better experience
