The chicken sandwiches sucked! They were old, TOUGH, dried up and tasteless! The staff was RUDE! My hubby got told he COULDN'T look at a menu, and had to go outside to the drive thru to look at a menu and get food!! NEVER AGAIN KFC!

Need to check every time you go. Last December I ordered large bucket. Got home to find all legs. Called and told to come in next day (Sunday). Went to find out manager was called out to another branch and didn't share information. Never did get my replacement bucket (didn't want sides, they were correct.) Since then 2 out of three times they screw up the order. Went one time during afternoon and ordered crispy just to be told they were out. That has happen twice. Don't want to wait 15 minutes due to management not being on top of situations.

Unfortunately, yesterday ( my first visit)I went to KFC and picked up a bucket of extra crispy thighs, sides were mashed potatoes and corn. It was awful! Cold, it a as soggy, so it wasn't extra crispy . Threw it out! Wow, several unpleasant experiences many customers had to deal with, so I don't feel so bad now. What a shame 😔
