If I could do 0 stars I definitely would! Ordered pizza at 8:30 it didn't show up until 10:45! Our pizza was extremely cold and gross and our order incomplete! It was delivered by door dash not pizza hut themselves. So when I called and spoke with the manager (after being on hold for about 30 mins) he said I would need to call Door Dash and speak with them about my problems! Door dash didn't have anything to do with our food except for delivery! It was not their fault it took them over 2 hours to make the pizza or that the order was incomplete!! However the manager said there was nothing he could do and I needed to contact Door Dash instead🤦🏼‍♀️ He did say they could remake and redeliver the pizza but it would be another hour before they could! Absolutely horrible horrible customer service!

The worst place ever .. they made my pizza with out pizza sauce I call up there to let them know and one lady yelled ate over the phone... So I go up there they said they will fix it .. they don't fix my pizzas they called the police instead and didn't give me my money back... So my kids at the hotel just don't eat I was sooooooo made... I would never again go to this pizza hut very rude....

Not sure if this place needs new management but waiting an hour and a half for a pizza seems not worth it. What is fast food of its not convenient. I'm glad we didn't pay with a card because I can't even get anyone on the phone to cancel order. It's 9:55 pm and then when the dude answered we got hung up on 3 times. Lazy nasty people

This is our 1st and last time ordering from this Hut! Pizza was greasy ( u could see it seeping in the box! Our pizza/ wings was 39 bucks and the huzman gave an 8 dollar tip! And no napkins were in the bag! We were in town and staying at Comfort Suite on Frontage Rd. Never ever again!
