I ordered online but only one of my two pizzas were delivered. I tried to call the store but because of their phone tree, I was routed to India, Detroit and LA. The two times i was transferred successfully to the store, they hung up the phone on me. Finally drove into the store. The manager on duty said, “oh yeah, the driver said you were missing a pizza but we were really busy so I didn’t call you.” I was told there is no way for her to refund the delivery fee, or the pizza even though I had to drive in to get my second pizza.unbelievable!

I was on vacation here with a friend and we ordered separate orders by phone to be delivered. I ordered a large cheese pizza with mushrooms, 2 liter Diet Coke, Barbecue Wings and I gave them a $10 which all came out to $45.76. The lady rang our door bell gave the order to my friend and then gave me my order, I only received the pizza. I said to the lady I ordered wings & 2 liter coke. The lady said she would come back with the items I paid for, I said no that’s fine I can just get a refund. The lady insisted that she can come back for my items and it wasn’t a problem. I said okay that’s fine then my bestfriend is cleaning out her car anyways after she eats I’ll be outside anyways I can wait 30 minutes! The delivery driver says ok I’ll bring back extra sauce too. So she left and I waited 30 minutes… nobody comes back. I called pizza hut and asked if the driver will be coming soon she forgot items I paid for and said she would be back. The lady on the phone says oh she’s probably out getting gas, I said ok that’s fine do you have a time she will arrive? The lady on the phone says IDK “sounding annoyed” then I said ok and we hang up the call. I wait another 25 minutes and call again. I said hey the delivery driver never arrived and it’s almost been an hour is she on the way? Lady on phone seems annoyed and says the lady came and you never answered the door, I said no she didn’t I was outside the entire time! The lady accuses me of lying. So I said to hell with it, it’s ok I can just cancel the items and tip because I felt the service wasn’t great and basically my whole order is missing. Also my pizza wasn’t even correct! The lady says she will refund and I ask how long will it take and she says a week. I said ok that’s fine but this is my last day on vacation and I’m going back to my home state tomorrow can you please send a confirmation to my email about the refund. The lady hangs up on me, I couldn’t believe she actually hung up on me, that has never happened to me before being a costumer. I called again she hung up, I called about 15 more times and she kept hanging up it was almost 10 pm so I wouldn’t make it on time to confront her at the store, also I was trying to enjoy my last night in South Carolina. My bestfriend let me borrow her phone and try calling them, Pizza Hut picks up and I say wait why do you keep hanging up on me? They slam the phone and they hang up again! I didn’t know what to do so I dispute on my credit card and now I’m still having trouble with these people because they are trying to tell my credit card company I received my order when in reality I didn’t! These people really need to check themselves before dealing with costumers. If they really hate their job so much please don’t make us miserable, I work very hard in my job helping people, I suggest the lady on the phone and the delivery driver does the same. This wasn’t right and I won’t lay this issue to rest because they stole my hard earned money.

Absolutely horrible. Don't waste your time or money ordering from here.picked up the order and the girls at the front didn't have time to wait on anyone they were to busy on there phones and eating their food from Sonic. pizza was very poor quality under cooked and no toppings A frozen Red Baron would have been better and much cheaper. Spent $50 on 3 pizzas. will not go back to this place and they acted like that was fine with them. I would try Domino's or Papa John's before going here.

Food was good. One wrong item but otherwise good. Bathroom did not having a working soap dispenser, only hand sanitizer, in the men's room. We were given Hershey dessert boxes for our pizza, which I did not think anything of until the pizza sauce eroded the bottom of the box before we got home. I also never saw the check so I am not sure if what I paid for is what I actually got.
