My son likes the daycare....some of the ppl there have no sense of customer service .lets be real it's atrocious. I'm sure if you're Hispanic or black you have had an an issue with the front desk..I've seen it the different treatment first hand...they refuse to accept they have a customer service issue and a bad attitude which is about 80% of their reviewsv& There all wrong? Don't bring your kid here unless they know how to talk if you care about your kid ....the Y has a bad reputation and it's for a reason.

I called Garfield YMCA and a lady Erica was very helpful and patient. I called back three times and each time she was kind and patient. Without my even asking, she even took care of a form for me over the phone instead of having me go online and fill it out.

The old lady with short hair is too rule, to be honest people like her is not supposed to work with people.

The girl at the front desk is so nasty, clearly she’s very miserable working there. I’m paying money to be treated like an intruder when I walk in. I’m sure the only reason she’s there is because no one else is willing to do that job. I will never put my kids in any other program and it’s all because of her.
